IN CLASS:reflection on primary source

I got my three primary sources from three different places. one is from a blog, one is a letter and the other one is a speech. these are all kind like really long, about three pages for each. when i read them i highlight something important in the source. i try to analysis them sentence to sentence. I tried to focus on finding something appeal to ethos, pathos and logos. two of my sources were really appealing ethos, pathos and logos. however, the other one was only appealing to pathos.

Proposal for U2

My essay will be around to write about the winner, Liu Xiaobo, of 2010 Nobel Peace Prize.

why i choose this as my topic because i was interested in studying political science and like to read news in this area.this case is really interesting any it is about China. Liu Xiaobo is Chinese writer, human rights activist and political prisoner in China He participated in the writing of Charter 08 on 8 December 2008.Charter is a manifesto initially signed by over 350 Chinese intellectuals and human rights activists to promote political reform and democratization in the People's Republic of China.after this,He was formally arrested on 23 June 2009, on suspicion of "inciting subversion of state power.During his 4th prison term, he was awarded the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize, for "his long and non-violent struggle for fundamental human rights in China."

I will use lib of tcu to get more sources. I Will find three sources about my topic, and try to find them from different places.Americans use ethos pathos and logos to support their opinions and I will analyse each of them.
